Thanksgiving...

So it is obviously well after Thanksgiving, but I am just now getting around to blogging about it. Thanksgiving was fun for our family. It was low key and just us. We cooked way too much, but we enjoyed our meal. We organized a Family Turkey Trot for thanksgiving morning and invited a couple families in our quad to join in and it was so much fun. We decided to make it a family tradition to do it every thanksgiving. I had promised Presley that we would do a turkey trot and she would get a shirt and a medal, but the one that we were gonna do was $18 for her to run 1/4 mile !!! Ugh ! So we made our own shirts and I went and bought medals for all of the participants :). She was super happy. Friday after thanksgiving we went on the UTA trax train to Salt Lake. We drove up to Sandy with our friends and hopped on the train. This was a treat for Knox. He loves trains. So instead of it only taking us about 15-20 minutes from Sandy to get to down town SLC, the train took about 45 minutes, but the kids loved every minute of it. Maryn is doing well, still growing so fast ! Here are some pics of our bumbles ! Baby weight is stuck on good. Im having such a hard time dropping it this time around. I have lots of excuses, I just need to exercise !!! So no pics of me :)

Thanksgiving day with 2 happy girls ! Maryn loves to be naked, she cracks us up. She can be screaming her head off when you change her diaper, but as soon as you get it off and she is naked she is all smiles :)

She thinks she is so big :)
My 2 litle race runners and one very proud of his medal !

We went to get family pictures organized by our relief society at church. They got some photogs to come and do family pics for free and they turned out not so good, the lady cropped them awful ( that is why Presley's top half of her head is missing). Maryn is 8 weeks and just kind of slouchy, Bry and I look gigantor...yada yada- so here are the best ones out of the 8, yes 8 that we got. Some families got more than 100, and we got 8 !! I guess that is what you get for free :)

Your kids are just cute, they all are, but something about Knox totally gets me! I love that kids face so much! His crinkle eye smile is just too cute for words! I am very proud of you for coming up with the Turkey Trot, you are a good mama! Dont worry about baby weight, it is mean and wants to stick forever! I have finally accepted that my college jeans are meant to stay at college!
