Sudafed...

Alright it is now 1:23 am. I can't remember the last time I was willing awake at this time. Our household is fighting off colds. I had a choice of taking benadryl or taking sudafed. I have obviously chosen the later since I am freaking wired, but I had to choose it since my little Knox is getting sick and I needed to be coherent enough to help him if he woke up tonight. Benadryl knocks me out. Anyway- it is snowing here tonight. We are supposed to get quite a bit over the next couple of days. Not much is new for us since the last blog. We have joined 24 hour fitness and Lauren and I have been working out and taking advantage of the day care provided for members. Presley is still a ballerina and I hope this doesn't sound bad, but she has started talking about Jesus all the time. The other day at church she asked "where is Jesus?", that was fun to explain, then yesterday she told me "Jesus is coming" and I said "oh ya", she said "yep in his car". But my favorite so far is that there is a picture of Jesus with little children in her room and when she was getting ready for bed she told me that it was a picture of Jesus at her birthday party with all of her friends. It was so cute- I think it is awesome that she feels he is involved with her. Knox is crazy and bumps his head about 5 times a day on our "BYU kid safe" built in shelves that stick out a mile. He has just gotten his first tooth and it has come through enough to see when he grins, so expect new pics soon. This blog is lame, but what did you expect at (now) 1:35am. I guess I am going to try and sleep and snug my sweet husband.

GI Joe and TinkerBell

Alright so this post is going to have a lot of media with it so I can catch everyone up with where we are at with the kids at the moment. Knox is soooo busy crawling around, and as you will see it is an army crawl. He only goes to hands and knees when he is close to something that he is going to pull up on. Today I went into his room and he was standing in his crib, so I ran and got the camera and took a pic of it.

And here is a video of him Crawling... (don't mind our Ymount cinderblocks !!)

Alright and then on to TinkerBell...Presley is into Ballerinas right now. We are having the hardest time keeping clothes on this kid because she always wants to wear her "ballerina Soup", (Ballerina Suit) so we found this super cute one earlier in the week at the Disney store and it ended up falling apart, probably because she wore it all day everyday except for naps and bed. So we took that back today hoping that they would let us return it, and they did. So we tried to get another but they were all out of her size, but on the way out we saw a TinkerBell costume, it was on sale for $25 and is usually $80, Presley fell in love with it and said that she was going to be the most beautiful ballerina. So here are som pics from today...Enjoy our Ballerina.

Our new home !

Well I figure I have been out here for a little over a week and it is time to update. My mom, our 2 babies and I arrived in Utah on January 4th. I was definitely excited to see Bry and to see what our new home was going to look like. Since it was BYU family housing my expectations were not too high, but at least I wasn't disappointed. Lots of Cinder block and old cabinets, but very livable. we have made it home. I am missing south Carolina though. I miss our friends and the warm weather. It has been stinking freezing out here. Knox and Presley were getting sick before we headed out here and Knox cried on the plane ride. Poor thing, his ears hurt. And we found out that following Monday that he had a double ear infection :(. Presley seem to only have a cough and a fever and has recovered remarkably. Children are so resilient. Anyway- Nothing new, we haven't made any new friends. I am kind of over trying to make new friends. It requires effort and I have plenty of friends just scattered all over the world ! Lauren is here, and so is Kate, and a couple other softball friends so I'm set. It has been hard on my babies though having to stay inside since it is so dang cold. I actually bundled them up today and went for a run and it was about 24 degrees. I could tell they were just happy to get out of the house. Anyway- this is a really lame post, but just thought I would put something new up for the New Zealand fam to see how we are doing. Bry is loving his classes. He has to walk to school everyday, it is only about 30 minutes, but it is good for him to have some time just for himself. We still haven't sold our house and actually just went down on the price $10000 yesterday so hopefully we will have some good news soon. I have started doing pitching lessons and they are picking up, so that is our means of income at the moment. We will post some new pics soon. Hope all is well. Love ya 1
